Orders

To check the status of your order please login to view your current and previous order information.

Depending on e-mail provider, a confirmation e-mail may take several hours to come through. This is because service providers like Google and Yahoo use a system that scans email senders for spam and can take longer than other e-mails.

If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our Customer Service Department at 763-401-8055. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm CST, closed on weekends.

If you received an e-mail confirmation stating you are going to be refunded, rest assure that we have processed the refund on our end and that it may take up to 30 days for some banks to show the refunded amount in your account. Contact your banking provider to see how long processes like refunds take for them.

JunoActive™ is proud to stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason you may return unworn & unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. Manufacturing defects are returnable at any time.

Shipping

You should have received an email saying that your order has been shipped. This email will contain a link to track your shipping. If you cannot find your email you may login to your account and view your order status to find your shipping tracking number.

Yes, we offer International Shipping to most countries. To see the shipping rates for different countries please visit our Shipping and Returns page.  Please allow additional time for oversea deliveries.

Emails / Catalog

We no longer send out catalogs. We are exclusively online and we recommend subscribing to our email list for our most current promotions and product releases.

If you would like to unsubscribe to our emails, there is a link at the bottom of each email to the subscription center. In the subscription center you can customize which emails you would like to receive or you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the form. You can re-subscribe at any time.

Sizing

Choosing a size online is easy. Once you are viewing a list of products in a category, like Swimwear, view the product filters on the left side of the category. Here, you will find filters for your results. Choosing a size in the filters will display the products that have been created in your size. *The displayed clothing is not always in stock in your size.

The length of our swimsuits are measured is a circumference measurement which is from the top of the strap to the crotch (this is a slightly diagonally measurement). A tall swimsuit has an additional 2 inches added to the circumference. Most one-piece swimsuits are 62" in length and tall swimsuits are 64" in length.

  • The waistband on the full fit brief sits 2” higher than the standard fit brief. 
  • The relaxed/unstretched waistband measurement of the full fit  brief is 4” smaller than the standard fit brief. This is to help the brief stay in place. 
  • The full fit also has additional room in the seat.

These pattern adjustments make our full fit brief an excellent option for pear-shaped bodies.

*With all the technical measurements aside, chatting friend to friend:  our standard fit brief generally works well for those that carry more in the front and the full fit brief is pleasing to our friends that are more pear-shaped and carry more on the backside.

  • The full fit bra has extra length in the front to accommodate a fuller bust. 
  • The full fit bra also has darts at the side for better shaping. 
  • The full fit bra is designed to fit approximately two cup sizes larger. 

Please note, the term “cup” is only used as a reference point for sizing. Our bras do not include cups.
