Our Guarantee
We are proud to make long-lasting clothing from the best fabrics. Any defective product may be returned at any time for a full exchange. This does not include normal wear on fabrics.
Returns
Return items to us within 30 days of your receipt for refund, less original shipping costs and any adjustments. To be eligible for return or exchange items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. Items must also be free of debris, odor and stains of any kind. Returns received 31 to 70 days after purchase will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15%. Any return beyond 71 days after purchase must be approved by customer service and will be at most current sales price and have a 15% restocking fee. JunoActive reserves the right to return items to the customer and deny a refund.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly marked as FINAL SALE on each product page. Any FINAL SALE item returned will be donated to a local women's shelter and customer will not receive a refund.
All Customer Returns - Shipping with your own label
Visit junoactive.com and click on "Returns" to start your return. Securely package your unwashed, unworn, tagged items in their original packaging. Please include the original invoice with your return. Shipping labels are not provided. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Exchanges: Contiguous U.S. Only:
To exchange your item for a different size ONLY, visit junoactive.com and click on "Returns" to start your exchange. Clearly write the word "EXCHANGE" at the top of your original invoice and include in your return package. Once item is received in the warehouse a new order will be created and shipped.
