We are proud to make long-lasting clothing from the best fabrics. Any defective product may be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. This does not include normal wear on fabrics.
Return items to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. Returns received 31 to 70 days after purchase will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15%. Any return beyond 71 days after purchase must be approved by customer service and will be at most current sales price and have a 15% restocking fee. JunoActive reserves the right to return items to the customer and deny a refund. Products marked as FINAL SALE on junoactive.com are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Returns and Shipping with your own label: Choose your own method of shipping to send items back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
