We are proud to make long-lasting clothing from the best fabrics. Any defective product may be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. This does not include normal wear on fabrics.
Return items to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund minus shipping fees. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. Returns received 31 to 70 days after purchase will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15%. Any return beyond 71 days after purchase must be approved by customer service and will be at most current sales price and have a 15% restocking fee. JunoActive reserves the right to return items to the customer and deny a refund.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly marked as FINAL SALE on each product page. Any FINAL SALE item returned will be donated to a local women's shelter and customer will not receive a refund.
International Returns and Shipping with your own label: Choose your own method of shipping to send items back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
